2. The font style is designed by our artisan, not a typical computer-generated font, therefore design drafts are not provided.
3. Upon completion, we will send you photos for confirmation of the seal and engraving accuracy before shipping.
4. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a typographical error.
