➤ Metalcraft involves fine dust and welding fumes. A Honeywell air purifier is used during the process to minimize airborne pollutants and maintain good air quality.

【Regarding Lateness】
➤ Please arrive punctually or 10 minutes early.
Punctuality is a virtue. Classes begin on time, and a grace period of up to 10 minutes is understandable.
➤ Exceeding 10-20 minutes: A late fee of NT$500 per person will be charged. As all participants receive simultaneous instruction, being late requires the instructor to repeat the lesson, disrupting the schedule and flow for other groups, thus demanding extra effort from the instructor.
➤ Exceeding 20 minutes: Entry to the studio will be denied. A rescheduling fee of NT$500 per person will be charged, and you will only be able to choose a weekday slot, not a popular weekend slot.

【Regarding Rescheduling】
➤ If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, you will not be admitted and will need to reschedule. A rescheduling fee of NT$500 per person applies, and rescheduling is only permitted on weekdays, not during popular weekend times.
➤ In case of emergencies (e.g., confirmed COVID-19 case, flu, accident, illness, family emergency), please contact us via official LINE (@nimoujewelry) and provide relevant documentation (photos, medical records) to arrange a new experience date. The booking will be held for three months; failure to reschedule within this period will be considered forfeiture.
➤ Rescheduling requires a minimum of 6 days' notice. For rescheduling within 6 days, a fee of NT$500 per person will be charged. This applies to one reschedule only. Same-day changes are not permitted.
