If makeup is applied, first use a makeup remover to gently wipe away some of the stain, then wash with detergent. (Do not use bleach.) If machine washing, please place the hairband in a laundry bag. As this is pure cotton fabric, it is "prone to wrinkling." After spinning or wringing, be sure to "shake out, lay flat, and dry." (Avoid direct sunlight, as it can be harsh on cotton fibers.) * If the fabric is very wrinkled, you can place a thin piece of cotton cloth over the hairband and iron it flat with a 100°C (212°F) iron.
