We've created a brooch that doubles as a necklace, featuring a charming fairy cameo. This cameo is crafted from acrylic resin, offering a delicate finish that wouldn't be possible with traditional carved cameos made from shell or stone. The intricate details are rendered with remarkable subtlety, reminiscent of illustrations found in miniature books. The artwork evokes the delicate fairy illustrations of Cicely Mary Barker, known for their presence on collectible cards once included with chocolate boxes in Japan. This particular cameo depicts a fairy holding a forget-me-not-like flower. Judging by its attire and posture, it might be a boy. The cameo itself is generously sized at 4cm x 3cm, allowing you to fully appreciate its fine details. The sixth image shows its size relative to a tray, and the seventh image places it alongside a person for a near life-size comparison. The back features both a brooch pin and a loop, enabling its use as a necklace. As the loop is small, it comes with a necklace chain equipped with an easy-to-attach and detach crab claw clasp. The heart-shaped clasp adds a touch of charm even when subtly visible. For added security when worn as a necklace, using the brooch pin will help prevent excessive movement. The brooch pin is a sturdy design with a rotating lock. For durability, both the brooch pin and loop are crafted using soldering and plating, rather than adhesive.
