These are SDGs-conscious jewelry pieces featuring Kintsugi, upcycled from ceramics by Fukuikama, a kiln based in Uji City, Kyoto Prefecture, known for its Kyo-yaki and Kiyomizu-yaki pottery. We give new life to broken or chipped ceramics, which are no longer in use, by applying Kintsugi and transforming them into accessories. Our concept is to create modern accessories that connect to the future, allowing wearers to feel close to nature and Japan's enduring traditions, thereby fostering new possibilities. We have paired elegant gray ceramic fragments with freshwater pearls. The sides of the ceramic pieces are meticulously mended with Kintsugi, allowing the gold accents to shine from every angle and adding a touch of refined elegance.
