The 'Pink Tsurubame' is a rare specimen. Japanese Farfugium japonicum 'Tsurubuki' Embodying the beauty of Wabi-sabi, this is a special variegated variety of the Japanese mountain chrysanthemum. Its variegated leaves offer layered visual appeal throughout the year. Flower stalks emerge in winter. In late winter to early spring, the variegated leaves develop captivating pink edges. Thick, substantial leaves grow and change slowly. A prized possession for 'Pink Tsurubame' collectors. Avoid direct midday sun in the summer. /In Stock/ Photos 1-4 were taken on 2025/10/20. Paired with an elegant orange-yellow crackle glaze oval pot. This is the final remaining piece from a collector's stash, a discontinued pot from over 20 years ago. An early Taiwanese export to Japan, known as a "Fuji-san pot." Referred to by seasoned collectors as a "W pot." With the foliage providing some shade, moss grows exceptionally well.
