Taiwan, with its indigenous population growing from 9 recognized tribes to 15, has seen a rising awareness in preserving its cultural heritage, especially after the impact of the film "Seediq Bale." This has led to a greater appreciation and exploration of the "Beauty of Totems" from our indigenous communities. Designed with inspiration from traditional indigenous attire, this piece artfully weaves beautiful traditional culture into our daily lives. The wine bottle cover is crafted with exquisite embroidery, some adorned with bells, others featuring handcrafted weaving, and incorporating the distinctive totems of various tribes. Unlike mass-produced items, every detail and the superior quality are evident. The wine bottle cover and sleeve are designed to be detachable, with the sleeve fitting a variety of bottle sizes. Whether as a gift or for personal use, this design carries significant cultural heritage. Paiwan: The Paiwan people primarily inhabit the mountainous regions on both the eastern and western sides of the southern section of the Central Mountain Range, at altitudes ranging from 500 to 1300 meters. Their territory extends from the Wuluo River upstream around Mount Dama to the south, reaching the Hengchun Peninsula, and also includes the southeastern foothills of the Central Mountain Range and its narrow coastal strip. With a population of over 100,000, they have a noble society. The traditional attire of the Paiwan is exceptionally ornate, featuring geometric patterns, glass beads, and embroidery. However, the Paiwan society has a distinct class system, with chiefs, nobles, warriors, and commoners. Only those of higher social standing were permitted to use certain patterns (such as human head motifs and hundred-pace viper patterns), specific materials (like leopard skin), and certain ornaments (like glass beads). Their status was also reflected in the colors and embroidery of their clothing.
