The composition features white peonies built with thick layers of oil paint, creating a sculptural surface and strong tactile depth. The palette is soft and neutral, combining warm whites, gentle blush tones, muted greens, and subtle background color transitions. The petals are applied with dense palette-knife and brush strokes, emphasizing the structure and volume of the flowers. Small fragments of gold leaf are integrated into the surface, adding delicate reflective accents and enhancing the texture of the composition.
