Inform us of your name, registration date, and preferred session. Request your color chart so we can prepare your materials in advance.
* To ensure a high-quality learning experience, only registered participants are allowed in the classroom. Entry will be permitted 5 minutes before the class begins. Please avoid arriving too early to prevent waiting.
(Participants aged 10-15 require one parent or guardian to accompany and assist throughout the session. No additional fee is charged for co-creation.)
* To maintain the quality of instruction for all participants, latecomers will not receive individual explanations. Please arrive on time to avoid disrupting the class. For the benefit of other students, entry will not be permitted for those arriving more than 10 minutes late. Rescheduling will be necessary.
* Food and drinks are prohibited in the classroom. You may bring covered beverages, but please be mindful of spills.
* The workshop may be filmed and recorded for use as marketing material on our brand website. If you prefer not to be filmed, please inform our staff on-site to avoid being captured. Your silence will be considered consent for Dottie Studio to use images and footage of you and your work.
* The studio operates by appointment only. Registrations for courses are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled on the day of the class. Rescheduling or transferring your registration is permitted once within two months under the following circumstances:
1. Inclement weather: Government-declared work or school closures in the local area.
2. Unforeseen circumstances: Power outages, equipment malfunctions preventing the class from proceeding.
3. Lateness.
4. Special circumstances: Illness, traffic accidents (subject to discussion).
