*After registering, please add our official LINE account: @ado_studio and provide your name, registration date, and session choice. Request the color chart to allow us to prepare your materials in advance.
* To ensure teaching quality, only registered participants are allowed in the classroom. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class begins. Please do not arrive too early to avoid waiting.
(Participants aged 10-14 require one parent or guardian to accompany and assist throughout the session; no additional fee is charged for co-creation.)
* To maintain the quality of instruction for all participants, latecomers will not receive individual explanations. Please do not be late, as it may disrupt the class for others. To ensure the rights of other students, entry will be denied for those arriving more than 10 minutes late. Rescheduling will be necessary.
* Food and drinks are prohibited in the classroom. Covered beverages are permitted, but please be mindful to prevent spills.
* The workshop may be filmed for use as marketing material on our brand website. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform staff on-site to avoid being captured. By registering, you consent to Dottie Studio using images and footage of you and your work.
* The studio operates by appointment only. Bookings are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled on the day of the class. Rescheduling or transferring your booking is permitted once within two months under the following circumstances:
1. Weather conditions: Government announces school and work closures in the area.
2. Emergencies: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions preventing the class from proceeding.
3. Lateness.
4. Special circumstances: Such as illness or traffic accidents, which can be discussed.

* In case of equipment malfunction or abnormality, cease operation immediately and notify staff. Do not attempt to handle it yourself. Any damage to equipment caused by unauthorized operation or failure to follow instructions will require compensation at the full replacement cost.
