● Workshop Introduction
Chuàn Chuàn Handmade introduces a new season of workshops that combine "Calm Meditation" with "Handmade Ornaments." Through these mindful crafting sessions, find inner peace in tranquil moments, free from the sway of emotions affecting your life.
During the class, the instructor will guide you through meditation and sitting, helping you reach a state of deep self-release to alleviate inner stress. Learn mindful meditation to cultivate mindfulness; become aware of your thoughts, emotions, and intentions in the present moment, and learn to regulate your state. In the crafting portion, you'll similarly focus on the wrapping and overall structural design of the ornament; due to the complexity of larger structures, a calm and unwavering mind is essential. (This workshop is developed and designed by Chuàn Chuàn Handmade, offering exclusive instruction.)
