Q2: What if I'm unsure about the amount of cremated remains? The safest approach is to first ask your pet funeral provider if they can offer a temporary paper container. After cremation or aquatic dissolution, confirm the weight of the cremated remains or the size of the bone fragments, then choose the urn size, and transfer them once received. (**Special Reminder: For pets weighing over 20 kg, if they have a slender build, the amount of cremated remains might be more than expected. Approximately 10% of cases involve pets that are slender, resulting in "light weight, heavy remains." In such situations, it is advisable to choose a larger urn size to be safe.**) Q3: What if I find that the cremated remains or bones don't fit after receiving the urn? • Reason 1: Sometimes, due to a pet's slender build, the proportion of bone fragments can be heavier, leading to them not fitting. • Reason 2: The moisture-proof bag or desiccant takes up space. You can remove the bag or desiccant, seal the urn, and store it in a dry place. • You can also choose to have some of the cremated remains made into other accessories or mementos for safekeeping.
