Will they cause allergies? A: Our ear posts and hooks are primarily made of "Japanese pure copper" metal. Unlike the common nickel-chromium alloy found in mass-produced items, our materials and plating do not contain nickel, thus preventing allergic reactions. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still experience allergies after wearing them? A: If you still experience allergic reactions, it is likely due to one of the following: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to disinfect before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual constitution (acidic sweat, skin, or blood cells that may easily react to metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). There are many reasons for ear allergies, and the ear post material is rarely the sole cause. We recommend undergoing an allergy test at a hospital for clarity and to protect both parties' rights. Since we began crafting accessories in 2016, we have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings, and no customer has reported allergies to date. Can they be converted later? What is the cost? A: Yes, they can be converted. 😊 We offer basic after-sales service. Is it really made of paper, or acrylic? Can I wear them while showering? A: Acrylic currently does not possess the technology to create such intricate products. These are all handmade. To accommodate Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue after crafting. This provides basic water resistance for daily life (meaning you don't need to worry about humidity, rain, or heavy sweating), but it is recommended to remove them during activities like showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long does shipping take after ordering? A: Monday to Friday (Production & Shipping) Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays (No shipping as we are at markets) As we primarily operate through market stalls and events, and the post office does not deliver on weekends, all items are shipped between Monday and Friday.
