1. Upon ordering, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification" via email.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired engraving text in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your order.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm your reserved date and seat availability.
4. To prepare your materials, please book your session at least 3 days in advance after placing your order and completing payment.
5. ART64 offers a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange a reschedule or a refund.
