【Customization Notice】 1. Due to the custom nature of the order, where the client specifies details like dimensions, sizes, or engraved text, the finished product cannot be resold to other customers. Therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted. 2. We will create the piece based on the provided design sketches/photos. Customization details are finalized through message discussions. Modifications to the design mid-process will incur additional fees. 3. For inlaid pieces, we only accept semi-precious stones valued under NT$10,000. We do not accept valuable precious gemstones. 4. There is inherent risk when inlaying natural gemstones, as their unique textures might lead to cracks during the setting process. Minor cracks or surface imperfections will be addressed through polishing. If a stone shatters, we will do our best to replace it with a similar stone of comparable size and shape, with a maximum compensation of NT$10,000. 5. If the designer identifies flaws or existing cracks in the stone, the customization will not proceed. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
