- Refund rules: If you are unable to come to class after successful registration, since the materials must be prepared in advance, refunds cannot be made. You are welcome to find someone to fill in for you, or postpone your participation to other sessions.
- Cancellation of postponement: If classes are suspended due to force majeure such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for extension or refund. In the event of a typhoon, the class suspension standards announced by the event venue will be the class opening and refund standards, regardless of the location of the participants.
- Safety instructions: You should abide by the rules of the event venue and cooperate with the instructions of the on-site instructor. If there is any violation and damage is caused, you will be responsible for it yourself.
- Activity records: The experience activity will be taken from the side by the organizer and uploaded to the "Up Floating" community after the activity. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your portrait for event records or other recruitment channel promotions. If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site and we will take note and make special arrangements.
