🐻 Fluid bear canvases require one week to dry and be varnished after completion on the same day. We will notify you when they are ready for pickup at our studio!

【Important Notes】
◆ No refunds will be provided for cancellations after successful registration. You are welcome to find a substitute or reschedule.
(Rescheduling due to personal reasons requires a three-day advance notice and is limited to one modification.)
◆ Cancellations on the day of the class or arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of the class, with no option for rescheduling or refund.
◆ Our operating hours are subject to announcements on our Facebook page. Please send us a private message if you wish to attend a class.
◆ In case of natural disasters reaching the government-mandated level for class suspension, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund in accordance with regulations.
◆ By participating in this class, you agree to abide by the event rules and notes.
◆ To participate in this class, you must provide your name and contact number for verification and course information. Failure to provide complete and accurate information may result in inability to participate.
◆ Photographs and videos may be taken during the event by the studio for event documentation and promotional purposes (e.g., on Facebook, Instagram). If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff via private message or on-site, and we will make special arrangements.
◆ Your personal information will only be used by our company for processing and utilization and will not be disclosed to irrelevant third parties. Your personal data will be automatically deleted one month from the date of the course. You may request to inquire, view, copy, supplement, or correct your personal data, and request to stop the collection, processing, utilization, or deletion of your personal data before the deletion date.
