🐻 The fluid bear canvas requires one week to dry and have protective varnish applied after completion. We will notify you separately for in-store pickup once it's ready.

【Important Notes】
◆ Once registered, no refunds will be issued for cancellations. You are welcome to find a substitute or reschedule.
(If you wish to reschedule due to personal reasons, you must provide notice three days in advance, and rescheduling is limited to one change.)
◆ Cancellations on the day of the class or arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of the class, with no rescheduling or refund options.
◆ Our operating hours are as announced on our fan page. Please message us privately if you wish to attend a class.
◆ In case of natural disasters reaching the level requiring a suspension of work or classes as announced by the government, you may choose to postpone or receive a refund according to regulations.
◆ By participating in this class, you agree to abide by the event's rules and these important notes.
◆ To participate in this class, you must provide your name and contact number for identity verification and course information. Failure to provide complete and accurate information may prevent your participation.
◆ The studio may take photos and videos during the event for recording and promotional purposes, which may be uploaded to Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff privately via message or in person, and we will make special arrangements.
◆ Your personal information will only be used by our company for processing and will not be disclosed to unrelated third parties. Your personal data will be automatically deleted one month from the start date of the course. Before the deletion date, you may request to access, view, copy, supplement, or correct your personal information, and you may request to cease the collection, processing, or use of your personal data.
