Upon receiving your order and image files, customer service will confirm the order details and photo selection with you. 4. Once the photo is confirmed, the design process will begin. 5. For physical products, a draft will be provided for your review and confirmation within 1-3 days. 6. After confirmation, printing and production will commence. Printing typically takes 30-35 business days, though some items may take longer as indicated in their specific descriptions. You will be informed of the estimated shipping date. 7. You will be notified on the day of shipment once the printed product is packaged. Early arrival will result in earlier dispatch.
