This is a beaded bracelet with medaille purchased directly from the Chapel of the Miraculous Madaille (Chapelle Notre-Dame de la Médaille Miraculeuse) in Paris. As you can see in the picture, even I, who have thick wrists and big bones for a woman, can wear this item casually by layering it.
