Fluttering Petals - Tatting Lace Accessories

I've always been drawn to statement jewelry. The lightness of tatting lace allows for intricate designs without feeling heavy. Unlike layered materials that can become burdensome, tatting offers complexity with a delicate weight. My inspiration came from a travel show featuring vast fields of flowers, with blooms even adorning the trees. This led to the creation of "Fluttering Petals." The placement of the seed beads was thoughtfully considered, designed to catch the light and shimmer subtly under the sun. The airy, umbrella-shaped clusters unfurl like a lush bouquet. Paired with irregularly shaped Czech beads. The metal wire version features glass pearls.
