・After payment is completed, if you are unable to attend, you can apply for a refund through the order system, and 30% of the ticket price plus all incurred expenses will be charged. As the instructor needs to prepare teaching materials before the course, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted within five days before the event.
・If you need to reschedule, please refund your ticket and buy it again. No refund or exchange will be accepted within three days from the day before the event.
・Only persons aged 18 or above can register for this activity.
・Only ticket holders can participate. Those who do not have tickets are not allowed to accompany you to the event or participate together.
・If the number of applicants for a session does not reach 2 people three days before the event starts, Le bonheur lab has the right to cancel the event and notify the participants to change the event or refund the money.
・Entrance will be open 15 minutes before the event. In order for the course to proceed smoothly, please be careful not to be late. If you are late for more than 15 minutes, you will not be allowed to enter and no refund will be given.
・Water dispensers are available at the event site.
・Partners must abide by the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the on-site instructors. If any violation causes any damage, the participant shall be responsible for it.
・If classes are suspended due to force majeure such as natural disasters, Le bonheur lab will proactively contact you to postpone or refund. In the event of a typhoon, the class opening and refund standards will be based on the class suspension standards announced by the event venue, regardless of the location of the participants.
・If you cancel your participation in the event due to reasons not attributable to Le bonheur lab, no refund will be given.
・In the event of a refund or course cancellation, the invoice discount will be fully entrusted to Guoyi Creative.
・The organizer will take side shots of the event as needed and upload them to the Le bonheur lab community after the event. In the future, the organizer may use photos and videos containing your portrait for event records or other promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site and we will pay attention and make special arrangements.
