[Important Notes] - For printed products (e.g., wedding invitations, thank you cards, cookie cards, stickers), printed paper goods will be shipped; digital files are not provided. - Different paper types will present unique visual effects for print. If you have a specific paper preference, please inquire before purchasing. - Illustration time typically takes around 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). The exact delivery time will be communicated in advance (adjusted based on order queue and complexity). - An initial draft with a watermarked line sketch will be provided. Free minor adjustments are allowed within 7 business days of the initial draft. - Illustrations are based on reference photos (1 photo per person, 1 photo per pet). If you have specific requests for changes, please ask before purchasing if it's feasible. - After production begins, modifications to the original reference photos, other complex changes, or post-coloring edits (e.g., changing facial features, altering poses, switching outfits, adding body parts not shown in photos) will incur an additional fee. - If you request entirely new content or a redraw with new photos after production has started, it will be considered a new order and require a separate purchase. - Once printing has commenced, no further modifications can be made. - As these are custom-made items, they are non-refundable and cannot be purchased with cash on delivery. - Finished products may be publicly displayed. If you wish to keep your product private, please notify us before purchasing. - Finished products will include a small signature from the designer. Copyright belongs to the designer, Bear Star Design. - This illustration service is not for commercial use. For commercial purposes, please contact the designer for a separate quote. - If you intend to print, please notify us before placing your order for a separate quote. - We do not illustrate copyrighted characters (e.g., Marvel, Disney). - Portrait art is drawn based on the provided reference photos. If you wish to alter angles, outfits, styles, add/remove elements, or complete missing parts, additional fees may apply based on the situation. - If we do not hear from you within 30 days of your order and payment, the order will be automatically closed. ◎ Notes for委托印刷者 (Those commissioning printing): - Once production begins, changes to the content cannot be made. - Prints are produced using shared plate printing. We cannot guarantee exact color matching to proof sheets or samples. A color difference within 15% is acceptable. Please do not place an order if this is an issue, as returns or reprints will not be accepted. For independent plate printing, a separate order will be created. - Shared plate printing uses four-color printing (CMYK). Images submitted for printing must be in CMYK format. If using special colors like Pantone, RGB, or other color systems, please convert them to CMYK yourself, or we can assist with the conversion. Please note that color discrepancies may occur during conversion, and we will not accept returns or reprints based on this. - To avoid cropping, please keep important text and graphics away from the edges. - Due to slight variations during the cutting process, perfect centering cannot always be guaranteed, and the design may appear slightly off-center. This is considered a normal outcome and is not grounds for reprints or returns. Please agree to this before purchasing.
