1. Upon order placement, an "E-Ticket Notification" will be sent.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired engraving in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming the text.
3. Registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm the appointment date and seat availability.
4. Please book at least 3 days in advance, as materials are prepared after payment.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified invoice receipt. If a company-specific invoice with a tax ID is required, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
