After living in Yau Ma Tei for more than 20 years, I finally drew the first painting for my neighbourhood, recognizing the place where I grew up. I worked on the scene for 5-6 days. Zhong Taidu worked with Zhong Sheng and asked her how she felt when she saw Zhong Sheng repairing a bicycle for the first time. She smiled and replied, "I feel so good!" At this moment I I feel happy in a small shop life like this. *** I like small shops in Hong Kong because the owner will remember the preferences of the customers, there is also room for blowing water, and it is easy to see their personalities. Most of the works were painted on the spot in the shop, and I took the time of painting to witness the subtle interaction between the owner and the guests.
