After hand-tying the bouquet, you'll enter the world of packaging. You'll select your own wrapping paper colors and learn multi-layered wrapping techniques. In one session, you'll advance from a packaging novice to a packaging pro!

▶ Important Notes
・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・Upon completing your order and payment, the purchase receipt serves as proof of registration. No physical tickets will be issued. Please report directly to the venue at the scheduled time. No further SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders without completed payment are considered incomplete registrations. Once a class is full, no further spots will be accepted. Orders without payment will not be included in the student list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The following rules apply:
A. For refund requests submitted more than sixty (60) days before the class starts, a refund of 95% of the total actual paid amount will be issued.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine (59) and eight (8) days before the class starts, a refund of 90% of the total actual paid amount will be issued.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven (7) and one (1) day before the class starts, a refund of 80% of the total actual paid amount will be issued.
・Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please actively inform us of your preferred session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduled time, please opt for a refund.
・On the day of the class, refunds and rescheduling are not accepted due to pre-arranged materials and venue arrangements. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
・To ensure the rights of other participants, participants arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered no-shows.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and name. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Non-ticket holders may not accompany participants unless a parent needs to assist a child who cannot complete the activity independently, or in special cases requiring parent-child participation. Please call the studio in advance to inquire about such exceptions.
・If the number of registered participants for a session falls below 6 two days before the event starts, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive punctually for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the handicraft studio. This workshop includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for event documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos featuring your likeness may be used in event recaps or other recruitment and promotional materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
