!To ensure the quality of the course and your rights, please read the following notes carefully. By purchasing and placing an order, you agree to the course regulations below!
|Epidemic Prevention Measures|
1. In response to epidemic prevention needs, all instructors have completed epidemic screening and confirmed to be safe before commencing classes. Relevant participants will have their temperature measured, and alcohol disinfection equipment will be provided to ensure the safety of attending students.
2. If the epidemic situation escalates after registration, registered students who wish to change the class date or cancel the course can contact the organizer to handle relevant matters.
3. Upon entry, hands must be disinfected with alcohol spray, and those with a body temperature exceeding 37.5°C will not be allowed to attend the class. Masks must be worn throughout the class.
4. No refreshments will be provided in the classroom. Please bring your own drinking water. Thank you!
|Refund Policy|
1. In case of unpredictable natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, the organizer reserves the right to change the date or modify the experience content.
2. If the cancellation or rescheduling request is made 5 days (inclusive) before the class date, a 20% handling fee will be deducted for rescheduling (only one change allowed) or refund.
3. Rescheduled classes must be within the following 2 months. If you are unable to attend within the rescheduled period, you may opt for a refund.
4. A minimum of 4 participants is required to form a class. If the minimum number of participants is not met, participants will be notified of rescheduling or refund before the class begins.
|Course Related|
1. Participation is limited to the registered individual. If a parent and child wish to participate together, an additional fee of NT$200 per person will be charged for the extra seat.
2. For environmental protection reasons, disposable bags will not be provided. Please bring your own shopping bag to carry your creation.
3. After purchasing the course, you are welcome to contact customer service, and a dedicated person will arrange a class time for you as soon as possible.
4. Photos and videos will be taken during the experience activity and uploaded to the "森鄰.NEIGHBOR FOREST" social media after the event for purposes such as activity records or promotional use for future enrollment. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the staff at the event.
