"Material Explanation" All items in our collection are created under the strict supervision of our designer. Gemstones are sourced from trusted industry suppliers, and our silver is also procured from reliable partners, working closely with manufacturers. For plating, we utilize both jewelry and industrial plating techniques. If you have any concerns about material sensitivity, please consult the designer before placing your order. "Production Time" Most items in our collection are made to order. You can view estimated shipping times on the Pinkoi desktop version. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 days. For made-to-order pieces, please allow 2-6 weeks for production (excluding shipping time, public holidays, and natural disasters). If you require your jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check for available stock or to see if expedited production is possible. Items that require factory processing will take longer. Factory-processed items include: wax carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving. Items priced over NT$1000 will be presented in a jewelry box (boxes can be purchased separately for items under NT$1000). 2. Non-plated pure silver items will include a polishing cloth. 3. For environmental reasons, multiple purchases will be packaged with minimal waste (items that come with a box will still have one). If you require separate packaging, please inform the designer.
