* Participants aged 3 and above are welcome. Children in the second grade of elementary school or younger must be accompanied by a parent who will also participate in the creation.
* The finished pieces will undergo transparent glaze and high-temperature kiln firing at 1230°C, a process that takes approximately 30-45 days.
* You will be notified when your pieces are ready for pick-up after firing. Unclaimed items will be held for six months. A shipping fee of NT$150 per item will apply for mail delivery.
* The fired ceramic dishes are safe for normal use and can be used for serving food, as well as in dishwashers and microwaves. However, due to the nature of handmade items, oven use is not recommended.

* Aprons and tools are provided in the studio. Feel free to join us for a relaxed experience.
* Weekday classes require a minimum of 1 participant to form a class; weekend classes require a minimum of 2 participants.
* Parent-child classes are full at 10 participants; adult classes are full at 14 participants. Observers are not permitted.
* Studio seating is limited. For parent-child workshops, please ensure one parent accompanies each child.
* Photography will be taken during the class and shared afterwards. Photos and videos may be used for website recruitment, social media stories, and fan page posts. If you prefer not to be photographed or have your image published, please inform us in advance.
* For group workshops such as corporate events, company team-building, school activities, or those from outside the city, please contact us via private message for inquiries.

* **Studio Location|**No. 31-25, Section 2, Wanhe Road, Nantun District, Taichung City. If your navigation system stops at No. 23, turn into the alley and proceed straight for about 50 meters. The building will be on your left (I Love My Home community).
* **Parking Information|**Parking is available at the entrance for 2-4 cars. Motorcycles can be parked in non-restricted areas across from the studio. If parking spaces are full, please use nearby paid parking lots (search Google Maps for "uTagGo KeLe Nantun Parking Lot," "Wanhe Temple Front Parking Lot") or public roadside parking around "Nantun Park," which is about a 5-minute walk away.
MRT|Taichung Green Line - Nantun Station, a 13-minute walk or a 5-minute U-bike ride to the studio.
* **Bus Stops|**Wuquan Wanhua Rd. Intersection, Liming Nantun Rd. Intersection.
* **High-Speed Rail (HSR)|**Approximately a 15-minute taxi ride, or transfer to the Taichung MRT Green Line at Taichung HSR Station. Alight at Nantun Station, then walk for about 13 minutes or take a 5-minute U-bike ride to the studio.

▪︎ Time slots can be changed free of charge up to 2 days before the workshop.
▪︎ Due to the need for material preparation, cancellations made less than 2 days before the workshop are non-refundable.
▪︎ In case of natural disasters, confirmed COVID-19 cases, or other force majeure events, participants will be assisted in rescheduling.
▪︎ If you are experiencing a fever or respiratory symptoms, please rest at home. If you have already registered for a workshop, you can reschedule your session free of charge.
▪︎ The studio is regularly disinfected and cleaned, including the environment and tools, to ensure a safe experience for all participants.
▪︎ The studio reserves the right to modify or change activities and regulations.
