Casual shoes are packaged in shoeboxes; slippers, bags, and accessories are packaged in PP bags. Packaging is for protection during transit and may experience minor scuffs or indentations. The packaging itself is not eligible for return or exchange. 8. Genuine leather insoles may show natural variations in texture and color due to different skin areas or seasonal changes (unlike artificial leather, which has uniform patterns and colors). Wrinkles or color differences are not considered defects. 9. Product images may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings; actual product colors will prevail. Handmade items may have international standard tolerances and unavoidable measurement variations of 1-3 cm. 10. Co-branded products are officially licensed. Packaging (boxes, bags, or small cards with authorization marks or official logos) should not be replicated. 【Return/Exchange Policy】 1. Returns and exchanges require the product to be in new, unworn condition with original packaging (shoebox + outer box), including accessories and attached tags. 2.
