Q2: What if I'm unsure about the amount of ashes? The safest approach is to first ask your pet's funeral service provider if they can provide a temporary paper container. After cremation or aquamation, confirm the weight of the ashes or the size of the remains before selecting a size, and then transfer them to the urn upon receipt. (**Special Reminder: For pets weighing over 20 kg, if they are slender, the amount of ashes might be more than expected. In about 10% of cases, slender pets result in 'lighter weight, heavier ashes.' Can you send me a new one? If the light is damaged within 7 days of receipt, we will send a replacement. However, due to the handmade design, the switch is fixed and difficult to replace. A.
