1. Introduction to metalworking tools & hands-on guidance and demonstration by a professional metalworking instructor.
2. Measuring size.
3. Begin sawing, filing, and shaping with sterling silver materials.
4. Free engraving, no character limit.
English and number stamping (practice on copper first).
Stamp words or symbols according to your preference, crafting a personalized silver jewelry piece for each other.
5. Use various tools to create surface textures through hammering.
6. Soldering and shaping.
7. Polishing and finishing.
8. Upon completion, take a commemorative photo to capture your beautiful moments and memories.

. This price is a reservation deposit to secure your experience slot and seat. The remaining balance will be collected on the day of your experience after selecting your design.
. Classes are by appointment only. Please state your desired date and time in the order remarks section. Customer service will contact you to confirm your reservation.
. After payment, Pinkoi will provide a confirmation email. No physical tickets will be sent. Please present your registration confirmation email or order details on the day of the event for entry.
. Materials provided in the handmade experience class are for single-person use and cannot be shared by two people.
. Cancellations due to personal reasons by the consumer will incur a 30% handling fee.
. In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
. Dates can be changed up to 3 days before the event. Changes are limited to one instance. If there is a price difference after the change, the difference will be refunded or paid accordingly.
. Cancellations after a date change will incur a 30% handling fee.
. Participants must be 12 years of age or older to register for this event.
Handmade experiences involve completing the basic crafting during the class.
Optional additional processing will be done by a professional metalworking artist after the class. The finished piece cannot be taken on the same day.
Production time is approximately 20-30 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will be notified once the item is complete for pickup or shipping.
