Please message us in advance if you require expedited shipping.** **Product Information** Mug Precautions: ● Made in Taiwan, the mug has a capacity of 320CC and measures 98mm in height and 82mm in diameter (excluding the handle). ● As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. ● Minor firing marks, slight curves, and unavoidable air bubbles during the firing process of the mug material are considered normal and do not qualify for returns or exchanges. ● When washing, please do not use abrasive detergents or tools (such as scouring pads or steel brushes), as these can scratch and damage the surface coating. Coaster Precautions: ● Ceramic coasters are fired at high temperatures. Inclusions, indentations, etc., that occur during the firing process are normal phenomena. ● Coaster surfaces may have minor scratches or dust. There can be approximately a 10% variation in the quality of unglazed blanks between batches. The ink absorption in the porous ceramic varies; especially with pink or dark base colors, uneven color saturation, gray spots, or cloud-like patterns may occur. All these situations are considered normal and not defects. Perfectionists, please accept these conditions before placing an order. ● Each set of coasters comes in a paper box. The non-slip pads are applied by hand and may be slightly off-center. Product images are synthetic illustrations for reference only. The actual color and proportion of the finished product may vary slightly; the actual finished product will prevail. This product is a customized item. Production time is calculated from the day after payment is completed and requires 10-15 days (excluding holidays). As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. All products in this store are custom-made. Production will begin only after payment is completed. Once production starts, modifications, returns, or exchanges are not possible.
