1. An "Electronic Ticket Notification" email will be sent after your order is placed.
2. If you have selected a laser-engraved option and have confirmed the engraving content, please include these details in the "Message to Designer" field.
3. Your registration will be confirmed once a staff member from your chosen studio location contacts you to finalize the reservation date and time slot.
4. Materials must be prepared after payment is received; please book your session at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 provides standard receipts for all purchases. If you require a tax ID number on your invoice, please provide your company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. No refunds will be provided if the activity is canceled for reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of class cancellation due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, we will contact you directly to arrange a reschedule or a refund.
