1. Upon placing your order, a "Digital Ticket Notification" will be sent.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired engraving in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming the content.
3. Your booking is complete only after a staff member from your chosen store location contacts you to confirm the appointment date and availability.
4. To prepare materials, please book at least 3 days in advance after placing your order and completing payment.
5. ART64 Design Hall can issue a standard receipt. If you require an invoice with a company uniform number (統編), please provide your company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters), we will proactively contact you to reschedule or arrange a refund.
