If you have purchased this collection, then you can create your own designs and sell them with some modifications. You may not resell illustrations, as well as copied, redrawn, etc. Any resale of the Licensed Product in source file form or in any other form that competes with it is prohibited. Also, according to the commercial license, the design must differ significantly from the original drawing, require time, effort and skill to create your own art.
