1. Those who notify the cancellation 7 days before the class date (excluding the class day) will receive a full refund (excluding the handling fee of 50 yuan), and those who notify the cancellation 6 days to 4 days before the class date (excluding the class day) will receive a refund of the paid amount 50% (excluding handling fee); cancellations will not be accepted within the first 2 days to the same day, and the money will not be refunded (the required in-class wool material package will be sent to the students)
2. It is not a factor that we have not started the course. If you request a refund, you need to deduct the transfer-related handling fee!
3. The limited course cannot be rescheduled or otherwise changed. If the number of people in our course does not meet the standard for the course, etc., we will notify the students 3 days in advance; and refund the full amount.
4. This course is a wool felt professional course. If you are late due to personal factors and cannot complete the class progress within the class time, students are also required to bear the learning effect by themselves.
