Warranty Period: The product comes with a two-year free warranty service from the date of sale. • The warranty card must be filled with the purchase date (no alterations allowed) and stamped with a warranty seal. If the card is lost but proof of purchase date can be provided, it will be considered as holding the card. • For issues outside the warranty scope or beyond the warranty period, lifetime repair services are available. The buyer will be responsible for all round-trip shipping and repair part costs. 2. Warranty Scope: Handles and wheels are covered under the warranty. • Defects caused by material issues or manufacturing flaws are also within the warranty scope. • This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, external factors (especially damage during transportation, such as deformation, breakage, body damage, scratches, abrasion, etc.), or damage caused by liquid exposure, which affects usability. 3. Repair Process: • Please take photos of the item before sending it for repair. • Before sending for repair, please call customer service first, then ship the item back to our company (round-trip shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility). • For repairs outside the warranty scope or beyond the warranty period, our repair team will assess the repair costs and contact the consumer for a quote. Repairs will commence only after mutual agreement on the quote. • If the consumer does not agree to the repair quote, the item will be returned via cash-on-delivery for shipping fees. 4. Repair Duration: • Standard Repair: Approximately 30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays, and transit time). • Expedited Repair: Approximately 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays, and transit time). An additional fee of $150 NTD applies for expedited service. • If parts are out of stock and need to be ordered internationally, expedited service is not applicable. Waiting time may be approximately 2-3 months. 5. Exclusions: For any damage incurred during airline transit or due to other external forces, please file a claim directly with the airline. Such damage is not covered by our company's warranty. 6. Repair Item Storage: Items not collected within three months from the date we notify the customer of their readiness for pickup will be considered voluntarily abandoned, and our company will not be responsible for their storage. 【Important Notes】 1. Original parts may not always be used for repairs. If original parts are out of stock or discontinued, replacement parts will be used. 2. Please provide a box for repairs and warranty services. Items should not be handed over directly to the delivery driver without packaging, as they may refuse to accept them. 3. Within the warranty period, free repair services as described in the warranty scope are available upon presentation of the warranty card. If damage is caused by improper use or the warranty card cannot be presented, repair costs for parts will still be charged within the warranty period. 4. In the event of any damage to the luggage during airline transit, please ensure you file a claim with the airline before leaving the airport. If a claim is not filed promptly, the customer will be responsible for the repair costs of parts not covered by the warranty.
