Jean-Honoré Fragonard (1732 to 1806) was a French painter and printmaker who was famous for his Rococo style. These sets are marked "Versailles," but it is unclear which company this is.
The cups are in good condition with only slight wear. The saucers have surface marks due to usage and some wear on the gold. The photographs are a part of the description.
