This item features plain-grain top-grain leather. If you wish to customize your leather choice, we can arrange for you to view available leathers online. We will then send you photos of the leather for your confirmation before cutting. 2. **Waxed Thread:** The waxed thread used in our material kits and finished products is from a branded supplier (authorized by the brand). It boasts vibrant colors, a rich waxy texture, and enhanced durability and fullness. We use the thread color shown in the product photos by default. For custom color combinations, please specify your desired colors in the notes. 3. **Buffing:** Hand-buffing for leather goods involves leveling, edge finishing, and polishing of the item's contours after completion. Therefore, we do not pre-buff the edges of the individual leather pieces. (The edges of our cut leather pieces are already smooth and neat, and can be left unbuffed if preferred.) The buffing kit includes a liquid. Due to shipping regulations and requirements, purchasing this kit is not recommended outside of mainland China. You may purchase a suitable buffing kit locally. 4. **Engraving:** We use copper mold engraving, not computer laser engraving. Our copper molds have a fixed size, allowing for a maximum of 12 characters (including numbers and symbols). We appreciate your understanding of this limitation. 5. **Color Customization:** We accept custom orders for DIY colors, color blocking, and other combinations. Please communicate your preferences online, using annotated images or photos. **Important Notes:** 1. Top-grain cowhide has limited water and stain resistance. During use and crafting, avoid contact with any liquids, especially volatile chemical liquids such as disinfectants, alcohol, nail polish remover, etc. The leather in the material kits has been treated with protective oil. Normal use is fine. If the item will be stored for an extended period, reapply protective oil and allow it to dry completely before storing. 3. If you purchase a material kit, it will include leather needles and other sharp metal items. These are not suitable for children under 6 years old.
