This results in a distinctive "lightness," "softness," and a natural, relaxed texture that develops beautifully over time, rather than degrading. Our fabric is woven on shuttle looms over 100 years old in Kurashiki. This traditional method can result in minor "weaving imperfections," which may initially appear as small snags or loose threads. While these are an inherent characteristic of using such vintage machinery and cannot be entirely eliminated, we are committed to minimizing their impact. Our diligent inspection process at the factory, careful fabric cutting to avoid these areas, and strategic placement in less visible spots are all part of our effort. However, due to the nature of the machinery, completely removing them is not possible.
