Understand the story behind coffee: Understand the origin of coffee, from where the beans are grown, processing methods, roasting depth and various brewing methods, and understand the diversity of coffee culture
The art of tasting coffee: You can taste different coffees, let your senses naturally experience the wonderful taste, and enjoy the ritual of the hand brewing process
Learn hand brewing skills: Master the basic skills of hand brewing coffee, understand the principles of coffee extraction, and brew the perfect cup of coffee in your mind
Small class teaching: Each course has a maximum of 4 students. The instructor can give individualized attention and students can fully interact and participate.
Course schedule:
• Section 1: Coffee Basics
Introduce the origin and history of coffee, and understand the characteristics and taste of roasting.
• Section 2: Tips for brewing coffee by hand
Demonstration on how to brew coffee using hand brewing equipment
•Section 3: Tasting and actual experience of hand-brewed coffee process
Practical operation, learn to master key factors such as water temperature, water volume, time, etc.
Taste various coffee flavors and describe the flavor and texture of the coffee
