Course Schedule:
• Session 1: Basic Coffee Knowledge
Introduction to the origin and history of coffee, understanding the characteristics and flavors of roasting.
• Session 2: Hand-Drip Coffee Techniques
Explanation of the principles of hand-drip coffee with practical demonstrations, introduction to the use of equipment such as drippers, gooseneck kettles, and filters. Brew good coffee with a stable technique after understanding the principles.
• Session 3: Tasting and Practical Hand-Drip Coffee Experience
Hands-on practice, learning to master key factors such as water temperature, water volume, and time.
Tasting various coffee flavors and describing the flavor and mouthfeel of coffee.
