. Materials provided for the handmade experience are for individual use and cannot be shared by two people.
. Cancellations made due to personal reasons will incur a 30% handling fee.
. In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
. Dates can be changed up to 3 days before the event. Changes are limited to one instance. If the rescheduled date incurs a price difference, the difference will be refunded or paid accordingly.
