Ceramic Brooch Christmas Rose

While it's a white piece from our existing collection, it strongly resembles a Christmas rose, so we've decided to name it as such. Size: Approx. About the Creation Process. Starting with a sketch, the clay is shaped, allowed to dry slightly, and then refined through repeated shaping. We produce enough to fill the kiln evenly over about a month. Bisque firing takes 7 hours, after which the pieces are removed, wiped with water, and each one is individually glazed before a 12-hour high-firing. Some pieces are finished with a gold glaze and returned to the kiln for another 7 hours. As they require a slow cooling process, we wait about two days after each firing before removing them from the kiln. Finally, each piece is inspected by hand, and a pin is attached to those that meet our standards. Our success rate is currently around 70%. This process requires significant time and effort, but the result is a decorative brooch that combines the tactile feel of clay, the durability of ceramic, the luster of glaze, and the sparkle of gold accents. We believe this is a piece that can be cherished for a long time, remaining a timeless favorite.
