If you receive a defective item, please keep the product intact and notify us within 3 days of receipt, providing photos of the defect for assessment. The following are not considered defects: # Color Difference: Product colors may vary due to different display devices and settings. Please refer to the actual product color. # Size: Minor measurement discrepancies of 0.5-1 cm are within normal limits due to different measurement methods. # Solder Joints: While crafted with precision, handmade items may have slight solder marks, such as at the junction of earring posts and earrings, or necklace connections. Minor unevenness from soldering is normal. # Gemstones: All gemstones are natural, meaning each will have unique inclusions and textures. Natural black spots, lines, feather cracks, or cloudiness within gemstones are normal. # Pearls: All pearls are natural and unique, each with its own luster. While we select pearls for consistency, no two will be exactly alike. | Return Policy | * All items (except custom orders) are eligible for a 7-day satisfaction guarantee, starting from the day after the item is received. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Returns cannot be accepted after 7 days. The 7-day period is not a trial period; please do not wear the jewelry extensively before returning it. Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances: # Exceeding the 7-day satisfaction guarantee period. # Item not returned in its original packaging box and carton. # Incomplete or damaged accessories and invoice, such as paper invoices, warranty cards, envelopes, packaging boxes, paper bags, cardboard boxes, or jewelry accessories (e.g., earring backs) that arrived with the product. # Not a normal try-on; the item shows clear signs of prolonged wear and soiling. # Item has been altered, such as by engraving or resizing. # Promotional gifts not returned. # Item damaged due to human factors upon return. # Engraved items are considered custom orders and are not eligible for the 7-day satisfaction guarantee. * As per court rulings, custom orders made according to consumer requests are not covered by the 7-day satisfaction guarantee, and therefore, custom orders cannot be returned. * Return shipping costs will be covered by HYGGE AODRN. However, if the original order amount falls below the free shipping threshold after the return, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. If the order amount remains above the free shipping threshold, no additional shipping fee will be charged. * Each order is eligible for one free return shipping service. If you need to return additional items within the 7-day period, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
