The workshop includes engraving. You can engrave English letters, numbers, and symbols (Note: Some designs do not allow for engraving).
How to measure ring size for a gift?
● Measuring guide: Wrap a piece of thread (sewing thread) comfortably around the finger where the ring will be worn.
Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler. Refer to our size chart for conversion.
● Provide your approximate height and weight to our staff. We can adjust the ring size at our store after it's made.

**Classes start with just one participant; all sessions are by appointment only.**
● To ensure fairness, any rescheduling or cancellation requests must be made at least three days prior to the confirmed class date.
No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Your booking may be transferred to another product or class.
● Sample pieces are available for trying on in-store. You may exchange your chosen design for another of equal value (subject to material availability).
Exchanges for higher-priced items are possible with a price difference payment; no refunds are provided for exchanges to lower-priced items.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about available seating if you plan to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled class time for try-ons to avoid delays and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The instructor will demonstrate each step and guide you through the process.
If a piece cannot be salvaged due to failure to follow instructions, a new material kit will need to be purchased.
● The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying with the complexity of the chosen design. Your finished piece can be taken home the same day.
**★ Face masks are currently required due to the ongoing pandemic.**
★ During the class, please adhere to the instructor's safety guidelines for equipment operation.
Female participants may need to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**The consequences of not adhering to safety rules after warnings are the participant's sole responsibility.**
★ In the event of natural disasters such as typhoons on your scheduled class day, classes will be suspended in accordance with government directives for safety, and a new date will be arranged.
