How to measure ring size as a gift?
● Measuring method: Use a piece of cotton thread (sewing thread) to wrap around the finger where the ring will be worn, ensuring a comfortable fit.
Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler, then refer to the size chart.
● Provide your approximate height and weight to our store staff, and we can adjust the ring size at the store after it's completed.

★ 999 Sterling Silver is hypoallergenic and can be worn while showering. Depending on individual body chemistry (pH levels), the rate of oxidation may vary with normal wear. Oxidized silver can be restored to its original bright white luster with toothpaste/silver cleaner/silver polishing cloth, making it easy to maintain.

• When not wearing your jewelry, please clean it and store it in a sealed bag or jewelry box.
• Avoid wearing silver necklaces in hot springs, as this may cause tarnishing.
[How to Use Care Products]
★ To restore oxidized or tarnished silver: Use a soft-bristled toothbrush, dip it in a small amount of toothpaste and water, gently scrub, then rinse thoroughly to restore shine.
Dry the jewelry with a cloth or a hairdryer. A silver polishing cloth can also be used to restore the luster of your silver jewelry, making it look like new. The silver polishing cloth is for daily maintenance, used to wipe metal surfaces.
★ Silver Cleaner
1. Immerse the silver jewelry in the silver cleaner for 3 to 5 seconds.
2. Remove the jewelry from the silver cleaner and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
3. Dry the jewelry with a cloth or a hairdryer.
4. Use a silver polishing cloth to restore the luster of your silver jewelry, making it look like new.
**Important: Do not immerse jewelry with a vintage black finish in silver cleaner, as this will remove the black finish and revert it to its original silver color.**

**Workshops can commence with just one participant and are strictly by appointment.**
● To protect everyone's rights, any rescheduling or cancellation requests must be made at least three days prior to the confirmed workshop date. Cancellations made on the day of the workshop or no-shows will not be refunded but can be converted into store credit for other products or future workshops.
● Samples are available for trying on at the store. Exchanges for styles of the same price are accepted (subject to available materials).
Upgrades to higher-priced styles are possible with a price difference payment, but no refunds will be issued for exchanges to lower-priced styles.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about available seating if you plan to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled workshop time for try-ons to avoid delays and ensure a smooth experience for all participants.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The instructor will demonstrate each step and guide you through the process.
If a finished piece has irreparable flaws due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will need to be purchased.
● The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying based on the complexity of the chosen style. Your creation can be taken home the same day.

★ During the workshop, please adhere to the instructor's safety guidelines for equipment operation.
Female participants may be required to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety regulations after warnings will result in personal responsibility for any consequences.**
★ In the event of a typhoon or other natural disasters on your scheduled workshop date, classes will be suspended in accordance with government directives for safety, and a new date will be arranged.
