**Workshop content:**
❇️You can choose one of the basic styles of [Rainbow Covenant], [Blooming] or [Mandala], the finished product is 30 cm

**Instructor introduction:**
Mr. Ka, the founder of Mindfulness Handwriting Academy, has been engaged in physical and spiritual growth and training for 20 years. He has worked as a program host and published a book. He moved to Taiwan seven years ago to live a life he likes. Likes to learn, likes all round things, learns weaving from South Americans; goes to India to learn winding; introduces American group painting activities to Taiwan and serves as an officially authorized Taiwan-certified instructor, etc. Continuing to have no circles, I feel that circles can be played for a lifetime.
She is currently the owner of an art coffee shop in Daan District, Taipei. She is committed to promoting the culture of "Hands-on-Meditation", hoping to bring back the joy and imagination in life through simple hand-made work.
