| After-Sales Service |
* All HYGGE ADORN products come with after-sales service, including a one-year warranty and lifetime basic cleaning and maintenance services. Within the one-year warranty period, non-human-induced damage under normal use will be repaired free of charge once. Customized items, lost gemstones, and damage caused by obvious human factors are not covered by the warranty. Repair fees may apply depending on the situation.
* Lost warranty cards will not be reissued. Please keep them in a safe place.
* HYGGE ADORN reserves the right to refuse after-sales service for items without a warranty card or items not from HYGGE ADORN.
* All round-trip shipping costs for after-sales service are to be borne by the consumer.
* For all after-sales services (ring size adjustment, chain length adjustment, cleaning and maintenance, breakage repair, gemstone detachment), please include the product warranty card. Service history will be recorded on the warranty card. Please contact us to apply for after-sales service.

* All products undergo professional quality control checks before shipping. If you receive a defective product, please keep it in its original condition and notify us within 3 days of receipt, providing photos of the defective area for assessment. The following are not considered defects:
# Color Difference: Product colors may vary due to different browsing devices and settings. Please refer to the actual color of the product you receive.
# Size: Measurements may vary slightly due to different measurement methods; an error margin of 0.5-1 cm is within the normal range.
# Solder Joints: While products are meticulously handcrafted, minor solder joints may be present, such as at the junction of earring posts and earrings, or at necklace connections. Slight unevenness at these joints due to soldering is normal.
# Gemstones: All gemstones used are natural, meaning each possesses unique inclusions and textures. Natural black spots, lines, feather cracks, or cotton-like inclusions within gemstones are normal phenomena.
# Pearls: All pearls used are natural and unique. While we select pearls with consistent luster, no two will be exactly alike.
| Return Policy |
* All products (excluding customized items) are eligible for a 7-day appreciation period, starting from the day after the item is signed for. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Returns will not be accepted after the 7-day appreciation period. The 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period; please do not wear the jewelry extensively before returning it. Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
# Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period.
# The item is not returned in its original packaging box and shipping carton.
# Incomplete or damaged product accessories and invoices, such as paper invoices, warranty cards, envelopes, packaging boxes, paper bags, kraft paper cartons, earring backs, or other accessories that arrived with the product.
# Not a normal trial fit; the product shows clear signs of extended wear and soiling.
# The product has been altered, such as by engraving or modifying its size or chain length.
# Promotional gifts have not been returned.
# The product has been damaged due to human factors upon return.
# Engraved items are considered custom orders and are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period.
* As per court rulings, customized items made according to consumer requests are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period, and therefore, customized items cannot be returned.
* Return shipping costs will be borne by HYGGE ADORN. However, if the original order amount falls below the free shipping threshold after the return, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. If the order amount exceeds the free shipping threshold, no shipping fee will be charged.
* Each order is eligible for one free return shipping service. If you wish to return additional items within the 7-day appreciation period, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. To avoid disputes, please confirm the product's condition before initiating a return.
* If a return causes the order to no longer qualify for a promotional offer, the discount will be deducted from the refund.
* HYGGE ADORN reserves the right to blacklist customers who make more than 3 returns without specific reasons within a one-year period for six months.
