Blue Bird Hello-哈囉

The shop name was decided based on the kanji character "嶋" (shima), which is part of the sisters' surname. As we researched Taiwanese birds, our affection for them grew. These birds, along with the diverse window grilles found throughout the city, known as "Tiexuahua" (iron window flowers), became the motifs for this design. For everyday use, and perhaps one day, for a trip to Taiwan, please take them along with you. ---------- This little one is modeled after Taiwan's national bird. A blue reminiscent of Taiwan's sky, with white clouds, and a hint of Mount Fuji, which the designer misses dearly from Japan, is subtly hidden. Let this refreshing companion give you a gentle nudge to start your day. Whatever the weather, whatever the day, always keep a clear blue sky in your heart!
