Perfectionists, please consider this before purchasing. ==> Thread Finishing: **As all items are hand-sewn, the stitching may not be as precise as machine-sewn items. We appreciate your understanding.** 2. Exchanges and Returns: If the size is incorrect or the product is defective, please message us to discuss an exchange. **Please ensure the item has no signs of wear, human-induced damage, stains, or odors, and has not been washed. We recommend taking photos before opening the package.** **Within 7 days, if the size was chosen incorrectly by the pet parent, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.** **If the error was made by our design studio, we will cover all shipping costs.** 3. Practicality for Outdoor Use: All our collars are made from fabric (standard cotton or slightly stiffer cotton, not nylon). They are not as robust as specialized outdoor leashes. **We do not recommend** using these collars as leashes for outdoor walks. While we have made efforts to improve their strength during production, please consider this carefully before purchasing if this is a concern. 4. Production and Shipping: All products are **hand-cut and sewn**. The designer reserves the right to modify or change designs. If you have custom requests or special needs, please message us in advance! (e.g., changing clasps, adding charms, adjusting length, requesting specific fabric patterns...) **As all products are custom-made, please allow at least 7-30 business days for production.** If you have an urgent order, please inquire before purchasing. We will not accept secondary orders from customers who have maliciously abandoned their previous orders. 5. Cleaning and Care: As the products are made of fabric, they are delicate. We recommend gentle soaking or dry cleaning.
