Modifications and Adjustments: The final product includes "one free adjustment," limited to correcting outlines or production errors. If you wish to modify content mid-process, a fee for materials and labor will be charged based on the situation. 2. Subjective Differences: After placing an order, refunds or returns cannot be requested based on personal aesthetic factors such as "different from imagination/proportion differences." Please refer to the existing finished product styles in the store. Handmade items cannot achieve perfect symmetry or 100% realism. 3. After-Sales Service and Order Abandonment: This product is custom-made and therefore not subject to the 7-day appreciation period. Failure to pick up orders without valid reason will be treated as malicious abandonment, and relevant civil liabilities will be pursued. 4. Work Sharing: Photos of the finished product may be publicly shared on platforms later (personal information will be hidden). If you do not wish for your work to be shared, please inform us in advance. Failure to do so will be considered consent. 5. Returns: Customized products fall under "Exceptional Product Categories*", exempting them from the 7-day appreciation period regulations under consumer protection laws. Returns and exchanges are not possible. 6. Color Differences: Minor color variations between the finished product photos and the actual physical item viewed by the naked eye are normal and do not qualify for refunds or returns. 7. Unboxing Video: Please record the entire unboxing process upon receipt to protect your rights and ours. Please report any product issues within 1 day of receipt; later claims will not be processed. 8. Photo Material: Photos are printed on photo paper using an inkjet printer. 9. Paper Material: Craft paper. 10. Size Error: Due to manual production and measurement, a 0-2 cm error is normal. 11. Receipt: Please inform us in advance if a receipt is required. Our store is exempt from issuing unified invoices. If a replacement receipt is needed later, it can only be sent via registered mail.
