**LE LOUP wolf bouquet**
The energy of the Wolf Bouquet brings light to relationships. It promotes openness, discussion, and interconnectedness that leaves everyone feeling refreshed.
**Foster connection through listening and openness.**
Our bouquets allow people to connect with nature and explore our roots. An olfactory journey into our childhood memories, where imagination leads reality. It feels like living in a wooden house, as if living in nature.
Like traditional shamans and herbalists from multiple civilizations, we continue the ancient practice of fumigation. Enjoy this ritual in your home day or night, alone or with the whole family. The smoke produced by fumigating and burning plants can purify polluted air, adjust the magnetic field, and soothe emotions.

The incense bouquets originate from the ancient French tradition. They are selected from the Périgord region in southern France using biodynamic farming methods and organically collected from the wild. Flowers that have passed the French AB organic agriculture national certification are used as raw materials, and the auxiliary materials are purely handmade with organic cotton ropes that comply with GOTS (Global Organic Textile Certification Standards).

**Scots pine**
TOTEM's red pine is harvested from the wild in Périgord, France.
Considered a mythical tree in many civilizations, the pine symbolizes immortality in the Far East (from China to Japan) because of its evergreen leaves and imperishable resin. In mythology, pine cones are associated with Dionysus, the god of wine, who carried them as a scepter. The pine tree is a symbol of life, symbolizing the eternity of plant life and a universal representation of tenacity and vitality. Its branches symbolize the energy that flows through friendship and relationships. When fumigated, it is an antiseptic and tonic. It is also said to transfer evil spells to the caster and protect people from negative energies.
**Yarrow**
TOTEM's yarrow comes from wild collection in Périgord, southwest France.
Yarrow is one of eight Neanderthal-era plants and is a very ancient plant. Yarrow was part of a First World War soldier's first aid kit. It is now used especially for its antispasmodic and digestive aid. In Celtic tradition, it was the best plant for divination, bringing energy and courage, and enhancing one's desire for love. It promotes listening and understanding others.
**sage**
TOTEM Planting sage in Périgord
The etymology of the word sage evokes the healing power of this plant (sage is derived from the Latin salvare, meaning "to save" or "to heal"). It has bactericidal and antiviral properties and is the most purifying plant. Its fumigation has an antiseptic effect and on a spiritual level it purifies the body, mind and removes negative energies from a space or object.

**Wolf**
Wolves are very intelligent animals that usually live in groups and have a very organized social system in which each member has his or her own position and responsibilities. In a group, wolves will work together to maintain the balance of the group and have a very strong family instinct. The wolf's senses of smell and hearing are dominant, making it a totem animal where intuition and spirituality dominate. It is associated with being wild, independent, unyielding and loyal. The totem animal of the wolf encourages us to fully realize our deepest desires, guided by our instinctive wisdom while being fiercely protective of our pack.

**Instructions**
1. Before starting the incense ritual, please open the windows to let the contaminated magnetic field and air in the space escape.
2. Use a long match to light the bouquet.
3. After white smoke appears when the head of the bouquet burns, blow to extinguish it and let the smoke begin to spread. Relight bouquet if desired.
4. Holding the burning bouquet, quietly and slowly circle your space from the inside out, top to bottom, and stay for a while in the corner with polluted aura.
5. Do not move over the rug without placing a porcelain plate under the bouquet. Please stay away from flammable items. Never leave a lit bouquet unattended.
6. Place the incense bundle on a porcelain plate and let it extinguish naturally, or gently press down the burning part.

**Reminder**
1. As with all combustibles, care should be taken not to leave the bouquet unattended even if the flame is extinguished. Do not move on the carpet without holding the porcelain plate. Keep away from flammable items. Always hold the bouquet with your hands.
2. After the space is purified, place the bouquet on a porcelain plate until it extinguishes itself under your supervision, or gently crush the burning part.
3. Our botanical bouquets are available for use when you need them, when you feel the need, or simply as a daily cleansing ritual at the beginning or end of the day, just like you open your windows.
4. We encourage you to use them in different living places: home, office or any other event place. For example, before practicing yoga or meditation, when a mood change is needed, or just to remove kitchen or pet odors.
