▶ Ticketing Policy
1. Upon order placement, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your order.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from the experience venue contacts you to confirm your booking date and seat availability.
4. As materials need to be prepared after ordering and payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can issue a standard receipt. If you require an invoice with a company tax number, please provide the company name and tax number in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of class cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters), we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
